When working with concrete, foam insulation can be used in a number of ways. Use foam insulation sheets with a slab for reliable, lightweight insulation or take advantage of the foam’s versatility as a form for creating concrete shapes. In one of the latest examples from our satisfied customers, EPS blocks were cut and carved with a CNC hotwire cutter to create a mold for precast concrete window sills. 28 lightweight forms in total were then shipped to Cameroon, Africa for the concrete to be poured on site.
