This youth theater group from Lafayette, Louisiana turned 20 pieces of EPS foam into a remarkable theatrical set. The show was Seussical the Musical. They used 4” x 48” x 96” panels of 1 lb density EPS to create the colorful backdrops and props. The shapes were cut out using conventional tools and painted with latex house paint.
Expanded polystyrene foam, commonly known as Styrofoam is a economical, lightweight and easy to work with, making it ideal for this type of project.
