When the Vineland Regional Dance Company’s Artistic Director, Kimberly Chapman needed simulated snow for their production of the Nutcracker Ballet they contact Universal Foam Products. After considering EPS puffed beads and STYROFOAM™ Brand snow they decided on the EPS puffed beads. They purchased 36 cubic feet of EPS bead to use in their snow machine to produce the snow scene in VRDC’s 2011 Nutcracker Ballet.
The EPS bead became the snow for the “Land of Snow” scene. The production took place over the weekend of December 17^,^ 2011 and the company performed 3 productions of the ballet. They were very happy with the way the bead worked to create the beautiful scene.
